The job was completed on time, on budget, to a professional standard and with good communication.
Nelson was very punctual arriving at our booked time and was within his estimated time for job to be completed. I felt comfortable having him in my house and he passed my '2 dogs test' as they are generally a good judge of character. The Windows came up nice and clean and he even offered to give my shower screens a quick going over which hadn't been part of my quote. Nelson was happy to help me move a couple of heavy furniture items for better access to windows which was a big help. I have already handed on a couple of his business cards to friends as I feel confident in him doing quotes for them too. Even my husband noticed the difference when he got home.
